Did you know that there are over 400,000,000 women in the world? If so, what makes me think I married the right one? In fact, according to Wikipedia there aren’t very many religions. There are a lot of Christian denominations that quibble over details of interpretation, but not central doctrines.
But that's not answering your question. I think the Catholic Church is the One because of my understanding of the Bible and especially the Gospels. I believe Jesus built his church on Peter and the apostles and promised the Holy Spirit would guide and protect it til the end of time. That's really all I need to know.
